Designed by Kristian Vedel in the 1960s, and rethought in 2024 by the Miyazaki Chair Factory, this chair is a seamless blend of form, function, and comfort. The modus series is a stunning interpretation of Kristian Vedel’s original design philosophy. Inspired by the wave-like patterns he loved to sketch, Vedel infused the Modus series with a sense of movement and dynamism, translating his playful lines into the gently flowing curves of the modus series. The armrests, subtly integrated into the flowing design, enhance the chair’s ergonomic appeal, offering both support and refinement. Miyazaki's renowned craftsmanship is evident in every detail, from the precise joinery of the wood to the luxurious upholstery that elevates the seating experience.
