This model came to live after four year cultural and human journey between the MCF and the Spanish designer separated by thousands of kilometres so this model was called “swallow”. This masterpiece was the result of 4 years of designing, learning, testing new materials, shaping … crossing know-how between designer and manufacturer. Golondrina is a spacious one-seater offering comfort and cosiness. The refined solid wooden frame embraces the shell or “cocoon” as a sculpture. This cocoon wraps around the entire body while the frame is made thanks to superior woodworking techniques.Thanks to the distance between frame and shell the wooden structure can be used as handles in case you want to move the Golondrina.This open structure also provides a dynamic and light appearance despite the generous dimensions. The spacious size gives a feeling of rest and relaxation. It even allows to sit cross-legged. Seat and back are both cushioned. An extra back cushion is possible but not necessary. To enjoy elegance and luxury at the fullest Golondrina can be completed with the Golondrina ottoman. A lightweight voluminous ottoman that can be moved very smoothly and complete the one-seater or stand on its own to be used as a stool for guests in various situations.
