Nubuck Leathers
This is a highest quality nubuck leather that is thick and durable, yet has the delicate velvet-like feel and luster. It also has good breathability, so it feels wonderful on the skin and is comfortable to sit on when used on a chair or sofa. The surface layer is treated with Scotchgarde to make the leather dirt repellent and water resistant. You may find natural marking, such as pores, scratches and wrinkles on the leather surface. These natural markings were made while the cows were still alive, so please accept them as a proof and uniqueness of genuine leather. Royal Nubuck is a leather that you can enjoy the aging process, which adds its unique character overtime. The more you use it, the softer and more beautiful it gets. Overtime, the color may become lighter due to exposure to direct sunlight and strong household lighting Aniline leather might have visible scars ans pores because it is a natural product. We only use high-quality hides that have passed our stringent selection process. Therefore,we do not accept claims for scars,stains,spots,pores and uneven coloration. Genuine leather requires regular maintenance. It will become even more beautiful over time with proper care. Once or twice a month, vacuum-clean with a soft brush mouthpiece at low suction in order to remove any dust particles. Alternatively, a dry soft brush (preferably a Nubuck brush or sponge) to remove dust and dirt and to make the fibers rise in order to maintain its velvety surface. Never use water, soap or leather cream, as they increase the risk of creating blotches. Over time, Nubuck will change its appearance: The velvet-like surface will be worn down in the areas most commonly used, which will eventually result in a shinier surface.
WHEN THE LEATHER GETS WET OR DIRTYThere is no protective coating layer on the leather surface so if moisture or oil adheres, it will stain easily. If you spill liquid such as water or wine, immediately wipe it off with a dry soft cloth to absorb the moisture. Please do NOT rub it. After a quick gentle wipe, allow it to dry and then gently brush it with a nubuck brush. NEVER use water, soap or leather cream as they increase the risk of creating blotches. It's preferable to leave light stains to be absorbed and let it become a part of the unique character of your leather rather than trying to remove it. WARNING
Avoid any chemical products such as bar soap, saddle soap, leather cleaners , household detergents or chemical products.. Avoid soaking or any contact with water as this is the worst enemy of the leather. Protect the leather from direct sunlight or excessive heat (stove etc.) to prevent the leather discoloration, cracking and drying. Avoid contact with sharp objects. Keep away the leather from places with high humidity to prevent mold on the leather
